Steep the tea bag in 12 ounces hot boiled water for 10 minutes. Add the sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Add the lemon peel, then leave to cool and steep for 24 hours. Pour Chopin Wheat Vodka and .5 ounce of chamomile-lemon syrup into a chilled shaker and shake well until cold. Once cold, strain into coupe or wine glass and top with prosecco. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
