Pour ¼ cup of the simple syrup onto a plate and run the rim of your martini glass in the syrup. Next, pour the graham crackers and brown sugar mix onto a plate and dip the rim of your martini glass into the cracker sugar mixture. Store the glass in the freezer to solidify the rim while you make the cocktail. Add 3 ounces Chopin Potato Vodka, 1 tablespoon spiced pumpkin purée, and 1 ounce cinnamon clove brown sugar simple syrup into a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake well to mix. Strain into your prepped martini glass and serve.
To make the simple syrup
Combine the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat to low and allow to gently simmer for 20 – 30 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow to cool.
