2.75 oz Chopin Potato Vodka
.25 oz Dos Déus Origins Dry White Vermouth
3 Castelvetrano olives for garnish
Combine Chopin Potato Vodka and Dos Déus Origins Dry White Vermouth in a shaker filled with ice and stir gently until cold. Once cold, pour through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled martini glass and garnish with three Castelvetrano olives.
