Sauvignon Sour
1.5 oz Chopin Bartender's Choice Vodka
0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Sauvignon Blanc Wine 0.5 oz Egg white
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters Lemon zest for garnish
Combine Chopin Bartender’s Choice Vodka and other ingredients in a shaker without ice.
Shake well for 15 seconds.
Add ice and shake again for 30 seconds.
Pour over ice in a short glass.
Garnish with lemon zest.
