First, make pear simple syrup by covering sliced pear with simple syrup and macerating for at least 24 hours. Combine Chopin Potato Vodka, Botanika Angelica Orange Liqueur, .5 ounce pear simple syrup and lemon juice in a chilled shaker, then shake and strain over ice in a Collins glass. Garnish with orange peel. Optional: Add lemon zest to enhance flavor.
