1 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice

½ ounce yuzu juice

1 ounce agave nectar

3 – 1” cubes watermelon

Top with club soda

Muddle watermelon with lemon juice; add Chopin Rye Vodka and agave nectar, shake and double strain into a tall glass with ice. Top with Club Soda. Garnish with a sprig of dill.
