First, pour a small amount of simple syrup onto a plate to create a thin layer. Next, sprinkle a layer of blue sugar into a plate. Dip the rim of your martini glass into the simple syrup and shake off any excess. Next, dip the rim of the martini glass into the sugar to coat. Set the glass aside until use. Fill a martini shaker with ice and add the Chopin Potato Vodka, strawberry simple syrup, cranberry juice, and lemon juice. Shake well to mix, then strain into your sugared martini glass and serve.
Combine the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat to low and allow to gently simmer for 20 – 30 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow to cool. Strain the liquid to filter out the strawberries and refrigerate until use.
