Chopin Pear & Vanilla Martini
1 ½ ounces Chopin Rye Vodka
3 ounces pear juice
¼ vanilla bean, seeds scraped
Combine pear juice and Chopin Rye Vodka in an ice-filled shaker. Split open the vanilla bean and scrape in a small amount of the seeds. Shake vigorously and pour into a sugared-rimmed martini glass with some of the ice from the shaker.
