Chopin Cider Mill
2 ounces Chopin Potato Vodka
2 ounces apple cider
2 ounces fresh apple purée
Thin apple slices
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Pumpkin seed rim mix
Cinnamon stick (optional)
Dampen the rim of a chilled martini glass with an apple wedge and gently run the edge through the Pumpkin Seed rim mix. Mix all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into the rimmed martini glass. Float sliced green apple and sprinkle with a touch of cinnamon and/or nutmeg.
