Chopin Chi Chi
2 ounces Chopin Potato Vodka
3 ounces coconut water
½ ounce lime juice
1 slice habanero pepper
½ ounce simple syrup
½ cup chopped pineapples
1 ½ ounces pineapple juice
Pepper to garnish
Muddle pineapple chunks, habanero slice and 2 seeds in a sturdy glass with Chopin Potato Vodka. Strain the liquid into a martini shaker and add coconut water, lime juice, pineapple juice, and simple syrup. Add ice and shake the well. Strain into a martini shaker, garnish with a pepper, and serve straight up.
