Build in large shaker tin with vodka, coconut liqueur, coconut cream, pineapple and orange juices.
Add a scoop of ice, cap the tin and shake vigorously for 8 seconds.
Strain with a Hawthorne strainer over pebble or crushed Ice into a Collins Style Tiki Glass.
Grate fresh nutmeg over the top.
Garnish with orange wheel and pineapple leaves.
