In a medium size pot place the coconut milk, heavy cream and uncooked rice.
Cook on medium high heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then, add sugar and continue to cook until the rice is tender and is a a pudding consistency.
Place the rice pudding in a container and refrigerate.
Once cool, add the Dorda Coconut Liqueur and serve.
Serve in a deep dish bowl or shot glasses.
Garnish with chocolate shavings or toasted coconut shavings.
