  • 2 ounces Chopin Potato Vodka
  • 1 teaspoon grenadine
  • 4 ounces club soda
  • 1 ounce Chambord
  • ¾ ounce fresh lime
  • Raw sugar sugared rim

Dip the rim of the glass in lime juice or simple syrup, then coat the rim with the raw sugar. Gently fill it with ice cubes so as not to knock off too much sugar. Combine the Chopin Potato Vodka, Chambord, grenadine, and fresh lime juice in a martini shaker. Shake well to mix, then strain into your prepared glass.
